If you are a fan of smoothies, get in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day with this vegetable smoothie that combines not one but two vegetables.  It is a super-healthy way to start St. Parick’s Day or any other day.


Ingredient Checklist

1 cup unsweetened hemp milk or soy milk

1 cup fresh baby spinach

1 cucumber, roughly chopped (1 cup)

1 cup roughly chopped Granny Smith apple (from 1 apple)

1 ½ cups frozen pineapple chunks

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Pinch of kosher salt

1 teaspoon agave nectar or syrup (optional)



Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender, starting with hemp milk. Process until smooth, about 1 minute.
